1. Program Management Guide and monitor operations of all program management teams for order deliveries within India; Track performance of various regional teams as per SLAs; Drive and track metrics of large value/multi-location projects on a regular basis to ensure compliance by stringent compliance; Prioritize and drive closure within short turn-around time to drive early revenue realization; Conduct regular reviews to discuss progress of large value orders; Conduct periodic meetings with sales teams to discuss order pipeline and other order related issues; Interact with solutions teams for specific order implementation issues; Review portal entries on a periodic basis; Conduct monthly reviews with Billing and Collections (Resolution) teams to understand and address issues raised by customers; Flag cases requiring credit note issue, for supervisor intervention and approval. Performance Metrics – # Volume productivity # CRFS date # Customer feedback —————————————————————————————————————————- 2. Customer Management Interact with back-end teams to understand issues raised around customer dependency clearances; Drive clearance of dependencies (e.g. site readiness) through discussions with customers; Conduct regular reviews with customers and regional heads for high-value orders to drive closure; Monitor aging orders pending customer actions and identify specific interventions to drive closure/progress; In case of orders on hold, interact with management teams in customer teams to seek go-ahead for order delivery; Track transaction feedback from customer post closure to understand customer concerns and issues; Identify specific action items to address recurring customer issues/ concerns of priority customers. Internal Initiatives Conduct reviews with teams on monthly basis and identify process gaps for improvement initiatives; Review and provide sign-off for each project related to process changes; Oversee new product introduction process in relation to aspects affecting program management and service delivery; Provide specific inputs to engineering teams for testing requirements; Participate in monthly meets with cross-functional teams to discuss key issues affecting productivity and process gaps and drive action items; Review all TL9000 documents in terms of quality of documentation and customer communication; Provide inputs on change and approve templates/ design formats and project plans. Team Development Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; Participate in the recruitment and selection process; Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team; Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
